Describe your workflow once, in plain language, right inside Claude, and FlowMate builds it and runs it on its own, across every app your team uses. No setup, no node editor, no technical background needed. If you can talk to Claude, you can build an automation. Most automation tools ask you to learn how they work before they can work for you. With n8n or Zapier, that means connecting nodes, mapping fields, and maintaining a logic that breaks the moment your process changes. FlowMate takes a different starting point. You're already in Claude, every day. FlowMate adds what Claude alone can't do: not just running your workflow once, but keeping it running. You describe the process in a prompt, the same way you'd explain it to Claude anyway, and Claude takes it from there. No canvas, no diagram, no maintenance. It works with what your Claude already knows about you. An Agent qualifying a lead uses your own qualifying Skill, not a generic scoring model. A Flow carries the configured logic behind it, which field gets filled, who it gets routed to. Tools that live outside Claude, with their own separate destination, can't reach that context, your Skills, Memory, and Projects. A Flow can start in three ways: Assisted: you trigger it directly in Claude, for example uploading a list of contacts for Claude to score and route. Automated: an event fires it in the background, with nobody needing to be there, for example when a form gets submitted. Supervised: the Flow prepares everything, but you review the result before the final step happens, for example a drafted follow-up email waiting for your approval. Setting it up needs no instance, no server, no code. Signing up and building your first Flow together take about a minute, after that it keeps running on its own schedule or trigger, whether you're at your desk or not. Once built, a Flow can be shared across the team, so it belongs to the function that needs it, not to one person. Every run gets logged too, what triggered it, what happened, where it failed, at no extra cost. In short, FlowMate is built for people who can describe a process precisely but don't want to build it themselves. If you've started with n8n or Zapier and bounced off because it got too technical, this is the version that ends with a sentence in Claude, not a diagram.
