RYPL is AI software that replies to and moderates comments and DMs on Facebook and Instagram, plus comments on TikTok ads. Brands, online stores and agencies use it to auto-reply to ad comments in their brand voice, hide spam and hate within seconds, and keep complaints for a person. Comments under ads are where buyers ask about price, shipping and sizes, and where spam, scam links and bots pile up. RYPL handles both, so questions get answered while the buyer is still looking and the ad thread stays clean. How it works. Every new comment gets an intent label (question, purchase, request, complaint, spam) and a sentiment. Questions get an AI reply in your brand voice, written from your own knowledge base: your website, Q&A answers and documents. Replies go out in the language of the comment; on the default setting, 97% of Facebook replies go out within a minute (RYPL's own measurement). Spam is flagged in about 1.7 seconds on average and hidden within seconds, by banned words, moderation rules written in plain language and a tone filter.
