It allows users to log moisture profiles, drop timber defect markers, and perform integrated psychrometric calculations natively (such as calculating dew points according to BS 5250). Additionally, it integrates AI capabilities to analyze photos and expand shorthand, dictated field notes into structured, RICS-aligned, and standards-cited report wording. Branded PDF reports can be generated directly on-device for immediate client or tenant hand-off.
