Two-way SMS 1

AI-native EMR and clinic management for practices worldwide, with AI Advisor, optional AI Scribe, telehealth, patient engagement and country-based pricing.
Qlynic by Arxeon brings the patient record and the daily work of a clinic into one connected workspace. Built for independent practices, multi-doctor clinics and growing clinic groups worldwide, it connects scheduling, clinical documentation, patient communication and clinic operations.
AI that supports your team
AI Advisor helps authorized staff explore clinic information in plain language, including scheduling, revenue and operational patterns. It reads from defined data sources; it does not make changes or take decisions for your team. Optional AI Scribe turns a consented consultation into a structured SOAP draft for a clinician to review and sign.
A connected patient journey
Online booking, required pre-visit intake forms, two-way SMS, reminders, browser-based telehealth and a patient portal help clinics prepare before the visit and stay connected afterwards. Clinical workflows include records and notes, prescription authoring with allergy checks, and lab, imaging and referral requisitions.
One workspace for the clinic
Manage doctor shifts, time off, service durations, recurring appointments, invoices, payments and multiple locations. Role-based access and activity logging support clear responsibilities. AI Advisor complements operational analytics, helping teams investigate their own clinic data.
Global access, locally adjusted pricing
Qlynic serves clinics internationally rather than only in Canada. Eligible countries receive automatic doctor-seat discounts based on World Bank income groups: 25% for upper-middle-income, 45% for lower-middle-income and 60% for low-income countries. Included usage allowances scale with the discounted price; optional add-ons retain their standard pricing. Country availability, local requirements and insurance integrations should be confirmed for each clinic.
Expanding the connected-care ecosystem
Qlynic's roadmap includes a connected pharmacy dashboard and ecosystem, prescription routing and refill workflows, AI voice reception, and QlynicId-enabled reception hardware with human escalation. The broader vision is patient-authorized continuity across participating clinics. Pharmacy connections, AI reception hardware and further regional insurance integrations are in development, not universally available today.
