It works through iMessage, Android RCS, and Telegram without requiring an app or signup form. Pally connects to services such as WhatsApp, email, calendars, Slack, documents, task managers, and the web to summarize information, remember personal context, manage reminders, research topics, draft messages, coordinate schedules, and complete approved bookings or purchases. It can also monitor inboxes, provide daily briefs, handle follow-ups, and, on the Max plan, make phone calls and manage correspondence through its own phone number and email address.
