floor plan 1

Mac app that reads your floor plan, fits real in-stock furniture to it, checks every piece clears the walls, and hands back a priced list you can order from.
Most interior tools stop at a picture. You arrange a room, it looks right, and then you are on your own to find out what that sofa is, whether it is in stock, what it costs and whether it fits through the door.
Decato works the other way round. The floor plan comes first, so the room is a set of wall lengths and door swings before it is ever an image. Real, in-stock products are matched against those numbers, and anything that does not clear the walkways is dropped before you see it. What comes back is a priced list, plus a render assembled from those exact products rather than invented ones.
It is a Mac app — macOS 12 or later, Apple Silicon and Intel, no account needed to install. Floor planning is unlimited and free: the agent runs on your own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini subscription. Product matching and renders start at $20 a month. A Windows version is planned; there is no mobile app.
